Mastercam如何分析工件用刀

工件用刀，得从自已的经验来分析。软件只编程的。你叫它用什么刀他就用什么刀。

1.可以从工件的材料来判断！
2.可以从工件的类型来判断！（例：车轴类工件外圆.台阶.车内孔.车螺纹)

铣平面用面铣成，铣槽用立铣刀，钻孔用钻头，攻丝用丝攻，铣卡钩用T型刀，镗孔用镗刀....

刀具材料 刀具参数 根据经验或公式

you could never do it, you should have some experience, and about the cutting speed and the spindle speed you could caculate from the mastercam, but nobody do like this way, you need some knowledge of cutting material. this you could find from the tool manual suplied by the tool suplier.
