why hasn't my listening comprehension changed a lot?

Well. A good question to ask. From my point of view ,you might need a bit effort on your reading and speaking. In English studying you can't just simply separate the four parts which are known to us as listening,reading,writing and speaking.They are actually related. A understand of 60 percent is OK for exercises and exams.But if you wanna improve you would have to read more, not only to read but to read it out loud. Only in this way can you get what's called "the Linguistic Sense".The forming of the Linguistic Sense in English Study is very important.It helps with all the four parts in English study.
