开机时出现Microsoft visual c++ runtime library的错误，怎么办啊？

显然，下午开机启动的时候停电时，程序 C:\program File\Rising\Rav\ccenter.EXE（瑞星监控程序）正在运行.第二次启动时，因数据被破坏，而无法正常运行。

就是这些，重装瑞星吧！

很简单的告诉你，就是program:c:\windows\systerm32\regsvr32.exe这个程序文件出了问题。
简单的解决方法：重装系统。

貌似是C语言的运行库出错了

如果可以跳过的话，建议安装vs2005,可以提供一些路径，应该可以解救该项错误；
如果都不能开机的话，很抱歉，重装算是快捷方式了……
