1.只能但方向从标注(label)->注记(Annotation)。
2.label是动态的不可以存储（如果不算存在.mxd文件中的话），Annotation是静态的存储在Geodatabase中。
3.当你在ArcMap中标注了之后，右键相应图层，会有labels to annotation选项（名称大概是这样），会弹出对话框进行设置，设置好后就可以将Annotation存储到Geodatabase中了。
