一用户反映其修理多次的电脑仍旧无法正常工作，发来邮件如下：
Dear IT guys，
I called the service the 3rd time yesterday because I really couldn't continue my work. The blue screen shows again！！！
I am not satisfied with IT services，the same problem has happened again and need agian the support, this should be avoided. To much time consumed for trial-and-error approach by different IT colleagues.
Please send me a person who has ability to solve the problem or even answer my question!
