ARCGIS9.3安装后出现问题，请高手解答，谢谢

为什么我安装Arcgis9.3后，进入Arcgis--desktop......设置后出现 "Workgroup无法访问.您可能没有权限使用网络资源.
是不是什么地方安装错了呢，我都是按照网上的办法， License出现“This license can be checked out”，

从网上下ESRI ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 license和Desktop
安装步骤：
1.) start install of the license manager (LMSetup.exe)
2.) point to the provided license after edit the servername field ("yourhosthere") to match up with your computer name
3.) after install replace the ARCGIS.exe (Dongle is now removed)
4.) reboot
5.) install ArcGIS Desktop
6.) use the local license manager when asked
7.) enjoy, cause all done
“This license can be checked out”就是说license破解成功，那你就装Desktop啊，或者先卸载ArcGis，在重装一遍。
