UC知道淘宝付款无法进入光大银行页面

选择光大银行后，点去网上银行付款，可是进不去，打不开银行页面，只出来一堆英文。我以前付款都不会这样，最近老是这样，求解决方法，谢谢。

服务器还没有发现任何匹配的请求URI。没有迹象表明给出的条件是否是暂时的还是永久的。
如果服务器不希望这些资料提供给客户端，状态代码403（禁止）可以用来代替。 410（消失）状态代码应使用如果服务器知道，通过一些内部配置机制，即旧的资源是永远无法使用，也没有转发地址
打开Internet 选项--常规--语言，弹出的小窗口中点击设置语言首选项.
这下在弹出的控制面板的语言窗口中选择左侧的高级设置.
滚动条拉到最下面，勾选上“不允许网站访问我的语言列表。转而使用我的日期、时间和数字格式的语言”，然后保存。
回到语言的控制面板，选择左侧的更改日期、时间或数字格式，确保这个里面选择的都是中国什么的。然后保存。
最后重启IE即可。
打开的你IE 找到 工具-Internet选项-语言-(一定要是首选项) 中文(中国)[zh-cn] 即可
试一下按住ctrl进银行界面。
