诺基亚ovi配置信息收不到~求助~

我在诺基亚ovi里申请了账号~可是到最后要手机接收诺基亚的服务配置信息得到PIN码却一直收不到~上边显示Your device is partially configured. Please complete the configuration by synchronizing the device or remove it to add another. 不知道是什么问题~求高人解决~谢谢~~

可能是因为需要手机端的软件支持吧
