一个简单的作文麻烦解答

I was a part of a group project. We had a tight deadline therefore we were all rushing to complete the task. However, due to the fact that there was no planning, no cordiation between group members, our final result was full of errors and we received extremely disappointing feedback for it.
I believe we should have formulated a plan, which would provide each member a guide on how to proceed with the project, a schedule, which will provide effective time management, and also have regular meetings to ensure everyone is doing tasks according to plan.
