UC知道DELL笔记本电源坏了？开机出现滴滴2声和一段英文

以前出现的时候没怎么注意，有时候出现，有时候正常，但是今天我没插电源，把电池电用完，连上的时候，电池不充电。。。我按网上说的都试了，用电源能开机，用电池也能开机，拔掉电源，重新插也插过！也不行~现在冲不进电，只能用电源直接插着，一拔掉就断电~~这到底是哪坏了啊~~~开机出现的一段英文是

按F3今后就没有提示。 看你这种情况应该是电源设置出问题了。具体信息无法判断。 上面英文大意： 现在的电源不能满足你的最优化电源系统要求，请使用DELL 65W或更高功率的电源来解决这个问题。按F3你将不再会看到这个警告信息。 按F1继续，F2安装。

按1楼的说法那就是供电不足了电源功率小了换65W以上的电源在看下
