I do not know why some people want to get up late. They will never have the opportunity to enjoy (of enjoying) the fresh air and the peace and quiet in the morning. This is indeed a quite regrettable thing.To rise early is a good habit (which) we should cultivate. Why? Because the best time we can pursue our studies is in the morning. In addition, early rising is also good for our health. I hope everybody would know why we must rise early.

我不知道为什么一些人不愿早起。他们永远享受不到清晨的新鲜空气和宁静气氛。这真的是很令人遗憾。我们真应该养成早起的习惯。为什么呢？因为早晨是学习的最佳时机。再者，早期对我们的身体也有好处。我希望每个人都能意识到我们为什么要早起。
