这样翻译是否正确，一直不懂过去时中的动词是不是都要变过去式。。。

动词跟在to 后面要用原型。但是你的这句话不应该用to xx. 因为它的主语还是the movie. and 后面是并列句。注意，hit 的现在时和过去时不变。
元音不用便，比如：put。read也是这样，但要变音
This movie is the one that really help him broke into the internation market and made the highest box office record.
不知是中译英还是英译中，当是英译中吧，

每一边第一个动词过去式，其他不用，也就是说
