关于Be动词的用法

No one is well pleased to have his all neglected,be it ever so little.这句话怎么用到be 这个词，是个什么语法结构，能省略吗？
He was sorry for not being able to help you in that matter.这句话能否把not being 换成don't 之类的意思不变的结构？怎么要用being,而不用be呢？这个be 动词真的是很烦人啊，怎么也搞不懂，到底什么时候用be ,什么时候用 ,又什么时候用being?

be it ever so little 是一种倒装哈 不能省略 并且 be 代替前面的is 然后 it 指代 被忽视的事
第二句 for 介词后面加动词ing 形式 be able to do sth 是固定搭配 不能用 don't 代替

being是动词原形be的现在分词形式，而be able to do 是一个固定搭配，代表有能力做某事的意思。在上句中，做宾补，所以要用到现在分词。

be动词有：(is am are)单数后面用is复数后面用are第一人称后面用am .
