怎样写英文的拒签证明

以前曾被美国拒签过，但是后来再签又通过了。现在申请澳洲签证要求出示曾经被拒签的原因证明，不知道英文怎么写。请问有没有类似的范文。理由是：提供资料不足

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am in the process of applying for Australian Visa, however, as you have noticed, my past record has shown a rejection in my attempt to apply for Visa to the USA.

Reason for the rejection is solely due to insufficient document provided during lodgement.

I also have the relevant document to prove this.
I am applying Australia's visa in full faith and shall lodge all the required documentations.
