手机一连上电脑就蓝屏，无法关机和重启，只能却断电源

我该怎么办呢

插 别的u盘 也蓝屏吗？ 如果是 那就电脑的问题了。可能是系统的问题，比如有病毒。重装系统 试试。
插 其他u盘 如果正常的话，建议 给手机杀下毒， 再不行就把手机格式化吧。
都不好使 ，那就是电脑u口 坏了
