"spent the time" sounds weird.
当你用spend, 通常都是
i spent 2 hrs doing sth
i spend much time doing sth.
很少会把article "the"放在spend和time之间//
you can just simply say like " let me tell you what i did yesterday." or "i'm goona tell you what i did yesterday."

还是你的spend here是想说分配时间??
那我就会说 let me tell you my schedule

还是spend here你指的是消遣时间??
那我就会说 let me tell you how i kill/pass the time

语法上没有问题，除了l 和 i 没有大写，别忘了句号，相信楼主忘了写。

‘让我告诉你这段时间我是怎么过的’
‘让我告诉你我是怎么花的时间’

这句话要有语境才可以，不然说不通

let me tell you how did I spend the time 貌似不用陈述句语序 我读上去的感觉是这样 不保证正确性

如果你要说的事情是过去发生的那就没错了，如果不是的话就要把spent 改成spend
