如何DIY申请美国纽约佩斯大学语言+本科

本人没有托福成绩，英语水平一般，我想DIY申请美国纽约佩斯大学的语言+本科双录取，烦请高人指点！

December 1: Early Action applications due.
January 1: Notification of admission sent to Early Action applicants sent by early January.
January 15: Application deadline for first-year and transfer THEATER students.
February 15: Application deadline for first-year NURSING students.
March 1: First-year student application due.
May 1: Pace enrollment and housing deposit due.

高中成绩单，TOEFL成绩，一篇英语作文，银行存款证明有一年的学习和生活费，写一个生声明说自己或父母有责任支付自己4年的学费，50块申请费。TOEFL成绩不够学校自己会给你语言双录取的。
