我word打不开怎么办总是提示发送错误消息报告

word打不开解决方法
1.删除C:\Documents and Settings\<你的用户名>\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP里面的全部内容，
2.删除C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE10\STARTUP里面的全部内容，
3.打开注册表：删除HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Word（注意备份）
4.进入C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
目录下，将Normal.dot改为Normal.old，重新打开Word试试.

文件丢失,请用安装盘进行修复安装
