我老是搞不清是an average of还是the average of还是什么的？把有关average的主要词组告诉我，要准确的

第一题选 A，由于在这里NOISE属于专家研究的一个学科，不用特指，也不用泛指，所以什么也不加，后面的是指纽约的噪音情况所以就是特指了，要加THE，这道题和AVERAGE的词组没有关系，就是考特指（THE) 泛指（A,AN)的知识。

第二题选A，我知道，我本该去的，SHOULD有应该的意思，这道题还有虚拟语气的知识，因为是第一人称用SHOULD更好点，如果是其他人称，WOULD也可以的
