symantec endpoint protection 安装问题

我安装symantec endpoint protection时，不管怎么弄都安装不上。。老提示symantec endpoint protection检测到需要重新启动的挂起系统更改，请从新启动系统并重新运行安装、、
我重启了。。可是装到一半，就又退回去了。。再安装就又提示上面的那句话。。
再者请教大家啦。。
请大家说说怎么办好~~

我打开了打开regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Session Manager。。但是没有PendingFileRenameOperations~~~这怎么弄啊~~

“Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_检测到需要重新启动的挂起系统更改，请重新启动系统并重新运行安装”
解决办法：命令行运行regedit，查找PendingFileRenameOperations，并删除掉。然后重启电脑。开机后再运行setup.exe,就可以开始正常安装了。
