选哪个 为什么 不能选另外三个 的原因是什么 比如为什么不能选D 为甚不能选 A B

可是这句话不一定理解为宾语补足语啊。如果这么理解呢did u notice (that) the little boy..... notice的是整个后面的事实，不做只notice这个boy怎样怎样讲

还有D怎么不对呢？ 前面一句话已经完整了 后面的 who taking the.....只做定语修饰 boy 这个词语

notice sb do sth ,指注意某人干过某事
notice sb doing sth ，指注意某人正在做某事

A肯定不对，不能用took过去式形式，前边谓语是did，动词要用原型
B不对，taking与run并列，形式应该一样，所以C正确
D不正确，后面接WHO表示用定语从句，而它又没有谓语，从句不成立。
