费雪效应和货币中性有什么区别？

费雪效应：名义利率与通胀率同时上升

货币中性：货币供给变动对真实变量的无关性。即货币供给、物价、工资翻一番，但实际利率不变。

这两个好像一样，有什么区别吗？

费雪效应的前提是， 如果货币中性定义成立的情况下。
