（摘要）的主要内容：中小企业占我国企业数量的绝大多数,是我国国民经济的一个重要组成部分,在产值、税收、提供就业岗位等方面发挥着十分重要的作用,因此,中小企业这个群体应该引起我们足够的关注与重视。但是,从目前的理论研究领域来看,针对上市公司等大型企业管理的研究非常丰富,形成了若干卓有成效的研究成果,但专门针对于中小企业管理的研究十分稀少,针对于中小企业质量成本管理的研究更是几乎空白,这与中小企业在国民经济中的重要地位是极不相称的。

Abstract
Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) are in the absolute majority of all the enterprises. They have become an important component in the national economy, as they playing a very important role on output,tax revenue and employment. Therefore,we should pay more attention to the group of Small and Medium Enterprises. However, in terms of the promising theoretical study area, the research on the management of large enterprises such as listed company are really extensive, which emerges many effective research results. But the special researches for the management of Small and Medium Enterprises are really few and the study of the quality cost management is nearly in a state of emptiness, which bears no relation to the the significant status of the SME in national economy.
