中国的大学为何培养不出顶尖人才？

社会制度和教育制度。幼儿园，小学，中学都教人如何做题，如何考大学，而大学是职业培训所。所以上了将近20年的学，没学到多少真正的知识。

这个问题很大，讨论也很久了，具体可以问下袁部长。

死理论培养出来的，怎能出个人才？

b) Even he didn't score A, if his knowledge retains, actually he scores A++
c) If he scored A today, other will expect he will score A(with the same exam paper) 10 years later.
