OK， it is very hard to find a "best" textbook as criteria are different for different people. Anyway, you could try the following two introductory-level textbook:

1.Sears and Zemansky's university physics : with modern physics/ Hugh D. Young, Roger A. Freedman ; contributing author, A. Lewis Ford

This book is one of the commonly seen calculus-based introductory physics textbook for science and engineering students.

2.Physics for scientists and engineers, with modern physics / Raymond A. Serway, John W. Jewett, Jr.
Another commonly used textbook. But exercises are bit tedious.

OK, I am not sure where to download these books. Maybe you could try *google* them. There might be a few websites which provide downloading of these books in PDF format.
