at this moment为什么要加介词，不是说this 前面不加么？？

如题拉~~~
不是说“在last, next, this, that, some, every 等词之前一律不用介词”么
那为什么at this moment就要用at,能不用，直接this moment么

【写在前面的话】
在英文中，一般用介词+名词来充当状语，例如，in the morning,at 8:00
但是有些，如 today，last night等可以直接当状语。
【写给LZ的话】LZ的问题的解答：名词短语在英文中也是可以当连词使用的，如 the first time 但 for the first time 则只能用作状语。
