换块硬盘继续下，别下和USA有任何关系的东西就行了，解释一下，就说和国内的网友交换一些视频什么的，

给个建议，买块新硬盘来应付学校的扫描，没有别的办法了~

尽量狡辩吧。
用P2P下载确实不太容易说明，因为他们很容易检测到有P2P在使用，因为那个多半使用一些固定的端口。
你就说电脑借朋友用的吧。
大学裏面被发现，后果可能非常严重。
我们学校有个人就因为在学校下BT被开除了。。。
还有下东西被罚很多钱的。。。
尽量不要在学校，或者在学校使用注册过的电脑下载。太容易被发现了。
流量很好解释，和人家传大文件啦，看youtube啦，都是很大流量的。
但是如果你用p2p就很难解释，顶多说在看pps了。。。
然后说你不知道在线看，也是侵权。。。
P2P下载在美国是犯法的。如果你是自己另外花钱从商用ISP提供的网络下载的话ISP可能会睁一只眼闭一只眼，但是大学可不会，一旦发现都是严惩不贷，严重的话会被起诉。发现这个很容易的，因为P2P的特性会导致同时有多个不同的上传和下载，链接不同的IP到你的IP。当他们发现有这种情况就能确定你在使用P2P，而且这个百分之百是按照你的意志进行的，因为没有任何其他客户软件需要这种类型的流量，包括流氓网站。理论上他们无法判断你用P2P是下载还是看视频，你可以推脱你是在用P2P的客户端看在线视频，这样就不会侵犯别人的版权。如果他们认定你侵犯别人的版权的话会让你赔人家一大笔钱的。
