英语时态一道小题 谢谢

She said she would come to see me when she _______(finish)her work.
请问该添什么 请您讲一下原因 因为我也知道答案 就是不知道为什么 谢谢了
可是答案确实给的是过去完成时 我也同意2楼的观点 在期待一下有没有其他更好解释 谢谢各位了

本来从句是she will come to see me when she finishes her work. 时间状语从句中主句用将来时态，从句用一般现在时态表示将来。但前面有she said.所以宾语从句的时态都要往后退一步。答案是finished. 我是高中英语老师。
其实过去完成时态也可以。但我不相信这道题目会让你在这两个饿之中选择had done吧
本来是has finished 也是一般时态 只不过强调完成。退一步变成had finished.

had finished? 是不是 你得先告诉我

when连接的是时间状语从句发生过了，一般过去时故用finished
