2. 会使用OFFICE办公软件，以及CAD二维图，SOLIDWORKS和PRO-E三维软件。

3.了解ISO及TS16949质量体系和质量APQP等5大工具。具有东风公司内部审核员资格和国家内审员资格。

4.能独立进行铸造的工艺设计，和负责跟踪加工。具有一定的数据分析处理的能力和处理缺陷的方法。

5．在质量方面主要工作为：新产品的检验特性进行判定，编写质量检验作业指导书，对检验结果的数据分析，配合技术部门拿出新的检验方案。在指导下设计简单检具 和 工装。

5.能独立的和老外沟通，因为具有一定英文基础，进入外资后，英语能力显著提高

6.有初级工程师证，毕业、学位证和 CET-4证书。
