nokia n79收不到10086短信！

按＊＃7370＃格机也没用，还是收不到，短信一闪就没了，看论坛说用appman进程管理，因为是s60v3.2手机软件版本，进程管理的软件根本就打不开，这该怎么办？

我就用的N79的。
有一个可能性，就是你下载了信安易之类的防火软件，10086的就会自动屏蔽掉，以及网银的手机短信也收不到。

将冲突的软件删除掉，即可正常接收了。
我以前就是这样的。后来一切正常。
