SW8712号合同主要条款：卖方：中国土畜产进出口公司 买方：英国进口有限公司 商品名称：红茶 规格：一斤 数量：500公斤 单价：CIF LIVERPOOL每公斤20英镑 总值：10000英镑 装运期：2003.7.31前自中国港口至LIVERPOOL，允许转船，不允许分批装运 支付条件：凭不可撤消即期信用证付款，于装运前1个月开到卖方，并于上述装运期15天内在中国议付有效 保险：由卖方根据中国人民保险公司1987.1.1中国保险条款按发票金额的110%投保一切险和战争险

我看了一下，感觉信用证本身有2个矛盾的地方：
1.full set of clean on board bill of lading made out to and blank endorsed,marked "freight to collect"dated not later than july 31,2003 and notify accountee 这条中"freight to collect"表示海运费到付
goods:500kilograms of black tea,first grade,at 20 pound per kilogram,CIF liverpool,details as per your s/c no.sw8712 这里CIF又说明海运费是到付的
但是你合同中的价格报的是CIF的
《关于审核跟单信用证项下单据的国际标准银行实务》ISBP第21条
UCP600未定义的用语
21、由于UCP600对诸如“装运单据”、“过期单据可接受”、“第三方单据可接受”和“出口国”等用语未作定义，因此，不应使用此类用语。如果信用证使用了这些用语，则其含义应能通过信用证上下文得以确定。否则，根据国际标准银行实务做法，这些用语将做如下理解：
（1）“装运单据”—指信用证要求的除汇票以外的所有单据（不限于运输单据）；
shipping documents 是装运单据的意思，包括运输单据。
transport documents是运输单据的意思。例如：提单，空运单，海运单等。
所以你需要提交你提交给银行的除汇票以外的一切单据。但是提单只需要副本就满足要求了，因为他要求的是non-negotiable shipping documents 。
