两个英语冠词的问题（高手进）

第一个：有an表示我们是一个整体，起某一相同的作用，是同一种重要角色。没an表示我们各起不同作用，各自扮演不同的重要角色。通俗举例，党的同志对党的同志说，我们都在共和国的建立中扮演着一个重要的角色；党对国民党说，在中国的历史进程上，我们都扮演着不同但重要的角色
第二个：没有the表示大众儿童教育，有the表示特指的某一群孩子们的教育，出现这个the的时候通常前文已经有提到过这群孩子，并且文意表明这education是针对这群孩子的

① 是we will play an important role in the development of xxxxxx
② 是the education of children

应该是we will play an important role in the development of xxxxxx
play a role in 固定短语 在~~~里扮演~~~的角色
应该是the education of the children习惯上这样用 没什么特别的意思

① 是we will play an important role in the development of xxxxxx
② 是the education of children 还是 the education of the children 都可以，看语言环境

1 we will play an important role in the development of xxxxxx
因为we在整句中是一个团体 共同起作用

2 如果用了the 的话就是特指某群children 如果没有the就是泛指
