therefore 和as a result of 的区别

therefore一般这样用：
先说一句话，再用Therefore,...表示前一句话是原因，引发了什么后果,译为因此。
例：It rained so hard. Therefore, I stayed at home.
as a result of是先说后果，后加原因。
例：I stayed at home as a result of the heavy rain.
