我就是搞不清这里的has和comes的关系?
这是书里的句子, 莫非印错了??

有语法错误 come已经是谓语动词了 而且是一般现在时 所以不用has了
改：How does this phenomenon come about? 就可以了
译：这种现象是如何产生的？
