UC知道关于网上下载的asp.net论坛源码问题？？？

我在网上下载了许多的源码
打开后
用IIS浏览
总是提示下面这个错误
Server Error in '/' Application.

请问这是怎么回事，我自己做的ASP.NET在IIS浏览就没事，为什么从网上下载就不行，我已经把连接字符给改了，和我自己做的页面的连接字符一样

虚拟目录我已经设好，权限全部的打开。
打开后
用IIS浏览

虚拟目录我已经设好，权限全部的打开。
感觉还是路径不对的问题.把这个目录设置成应用了?
根目录的web.config文件中这个行有问题

把windows改为from
