同意用aren't I，但我在字典中查到的一句话是I am not boring you, am I? 与 I'm ...句型用aren't I是否矛盾，请解释一下。

楼上的是错的。。。既然I的be动词是am,怎么反意疑问句变成are,极大的错误。。

= are not, has not, have not

aren't I
因为在反意疑问句中，am要变成are。
