新装的机子运行一段时间就会出现蓝屏

我的机子是昨天刚装,拿回来后,运行一段时间就会出现蓝屏,按什么也没用,只能重启,想问一下各路大虾,是硬件问题呢,还是操作系统或者是病毒呀????
下面是蓝屏的信息:

出现这种情况，一般都是内存兼容不好造成的。换一根内存就可以解决问题。

查内存

把所有能拆的东西都拆下来,再装回去一般就好了,如果不行就拿回去让电脑成修吧,反正有保修

我的也是这个情况我也是新装的
老是这样也是说内存什么不对
然后重新启动就蓝坪了

有可能硬件部分有问题，最好拿到配机子的地方，让装机的人帮你看一下，弄好后，最好在他那里多跑一下机子。

属于主板芯片兼容性问题,也可以说是芯片的bug
