硬盘有坏道..或者有很NB的病毒,,建议先杀毒,,,再检查坏道...我认为坏道的可能性大些..不过也有可能是内存...先换别的内存试一下吧,然后再进行杀毒,查坏道吧

既然你已经想要格式化了索性找一张DOS的启动盘把系统盘的分区都删掉。在Dos下面做格式化。
如果机器里面没有什么有用数据的话就更彻底点就把MBR里面的东西全都干掉 fdisk /MBR ，然后把分区表也都删掉再重新做
除了上述可能性外，还可能是机箱里温度过高
