not a bit 表示"一点也不"
not a little 表示"很，非常

He was not a little tired．他非常累
He was not a bit tired． 他一点也不累

意思相反！
第一句是他很劳累（不只累一点）
第二句是他一点不累

a little 修饰形容词时可与a bit替换，二者没有什么区别

nota'bit是一点也不的意思；not a little是很，非常的意思

He was not a little tired. 他不只是有一点点累。（就是说，他很累）
He was not a bit tired. 他连一点点累也不觉得。（就是说，他一点也不累）

not a bit 表示"一点也不"
not a little 表示"很，非常"
