一、 土建，安装
八月八月，项目正式通过了政府部门主持的验收。项目验收后我们给承包商一周的整改期，到八月十六日止，承包商完成了主要的尾项工作的整改。七月底土建和安装承包商共遗留问题277（土建204项，安装73项），到八月底已整改222项，剩余工作由承包商作为质量保证期的工作在九月十五日完成。这55项中，安全类24项，工艺类6项，化验室10项，公用工程15项。土建和安装的承包商除少数进行质量保证的人员外，其它所有的承包商在8月16日离开工厂。
二、 预试车：
由于在七月已完成了单机调试，合资公司从17日开始进行现场的清理和管道的吹扫，到8月30日止，已完成计划工作量的80%，剩余工作可以九月第一周完成。在预试车和公用工程的试车中发现问题有5项。在管道吹扫过程中发现的问题有51项。这些问题都不影响下一步的预车，合资公司团队将在九月完成整改。
三、生产准备、员工培训及团队的建设
——与**厂家完成了水电器合同的最后确认。
——开始对**供应商进行调查并确认邀请招标的供应商名单。其它辅料供应商的调查已经开始。
——规划合资公司的办公楼的使用，确定各部门的办公地点。二期的运行部门在二期的综合楼办公，采购和工厂经理在一期的办公楼办公。由于这个变化不大，九月开始将对一期现有的办公楼进行改造，九月中旬可以完成这个改造。
——现入职员工合计123人（含4名股东委派人员），行政人员24人，非行政人员99人。本月生产部新进叉车工19人，已完成了入职培训及特殊工种理论知识培训。进行了副产品销售、包装工等岗位的招聘，已基本面试确定了候选人，将于9月上旬进行入职确认和体检。
