UC知道photoshop无法打开

PHOTOSHOP一打开就出现Unble to continue because of a hardware of system error.Sorry,but this error is unrecoverable.
重装也还有这个问题 去官方看又看不懂
Q: When trying to launch Elements, I get a "Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry but this error is unrecoverable" error message. The only choice is to quit. I uninstalled and re-installed PSEL. Still doesn't work. My system fully conforms to the System Requirements. Any ideas?
A: You quit Photoshop Elements while the Hints palette was in the palette well, and the Preferences have become corrupted. If you need to hide the Hints palette, deselect 'Close Palette to Shortcuts Well' in the Hints palette flyout menu, then close the Hints Palette. To get Elements running again, hold down the Shift + Ctrl + Alt keys immediately after launching Elements. You'll be presented with a dialog box asking if you want to delete the Adobe Photoshop Elements Settings File. Click Yes.
