the works of Beethoven是perform的宾语，所以要用被动语态
选D吧
主语是the works所以要用被动
如果改成普通句则是no matter how frequently they are performed,没有to
所以前面也不要to,用being

省略they are, are 用being 现在分词的形式表示。
