把下列句子变成被动语态的句子

She is often heard to play the piano.

感官动词或使役动词+宾语+非谓语动词做宾补 结构中，如果非谓语动词由不定式充当，则不定式符号to 就被省略了。如果把宾语用做主语，改主动为被动则在不定式前加上to.
但现在分词和过去分词则不加。
上面第二个是现在分词的例子,再写个过去分词的例子.
He made me punished .他使我受了处罚.(主动)
I was made punished. (被动)
