把硬件重新插一遍，重点检查内存
一般都是由于硬件不兼容原因引起的。
把内存条拔下来重新插一遍，插前用橡皮擦下。

可能你的硬盘是串口的吧 那样的话 没驱动是装不了的
如果不是以上情况的话 换跟内存一般就能装了
是内存出错
