那这俩个词之间有区别吗?

start不用说就是开始之意.

boot:When a computer boots (up), it becomes ready for use by getting the necessary information into its memory, and when you boot (up) a computer, you cause it to do this.

boot在此为引导或导入之意.当在boot up a computer时,就是要将需要信息导入内存,使电脑开始运行.
