What will I remember most about Diana? It has to be her laughter, her sense of fun. She took her job seriously, but never herself. She saw a distinction between her personal life and her public duty. The tragedy is that no one else recognized this crucial divide.
She was no saint, and she was as frail and vulnerable as the rest of us  in fact, rather more so. She had a huge capacity for unhappiness, and felt real pain, in no way alleviated by the glamour of her public persona.
She was not particularly clever  as she herself famously pointed out  but she had an intuitive genius. Her own unhappiness was why she responded so well to the suffering face of humanity, and she could spot the brokenhearted and zero in on them, excluding all han

她并不太强,实际上他和我们一样或者比我们还不堪一击和弱小。他能承受很多不快乐的事,她会觉得痛苦,可是她人格上的荣耀不会减轻这些痛苦。
他指出她并不太聪明,可是她天生是个天才。人们受苦时他会跟着难过,她也能看出谁伤心谁不快乐。但是这个天子对她来说却是灾难。他与我分别是特别伤心,而且他从不厌倦给予他人帮助。
