我本科毕业后，要随父母移民去加拿大，是独立技术移民。我本科学法律，想到那里后在那考研。到那后一年之内可能考上研究生吗？在那里考研的具体步骤是什么？谢谢您了！

You are eligible as a dependent on your parents' application as long as you are 22 or younger or continue to attend school full time after 22.

Most likely, you wont qualify for LLM. It is not easy to repeat LLB either. the concept of law study is so different from that in China.

父母移民你不能跟着去了。。。超过年龄了

先考A类IELTS，因为母语非英语。之后用国内的学历去大学的网站下申请表，准备材料，申请就可以了。一年内的是否能考上要看你的英语水平和运气。
