本文的工作重心就是以新中新集团作为研究对象,在比较系统地总结关于企业运营主要理论的基础上,主要采用实地诊断和问卷诊断的方法,从战略管理、公司治理、市场营销、人力资源、生产运作等方面,将发现的个别问题联系起来研究,发掘问题间的联系,总结出其中的规律,以求找出那些“最重要的、最根源性的和最有迫切性的问题形成诊断报告,进行报告的内部总结。
通过此次深入诊断,将更加客观地认识到新中新集团目前在发展中存在的问题和亟待解决的矛盾。通过发现问题,帮助集团领导层认识到这些问题背后的根源,明确目前阶段应做的“正确的事”,共同寻找个性化的解决方案,为使公司在新的发展阶段把握机遇,实现自身的使命和战略目标奠定基础。

economy main body, the enterprise diagnoses may make the business
management personnel to grow the management skill, obtains the special
knowledge, the modernized management technology or the method and even
the knack, thus enhances the enterprise the quality, strengthens them
to resist the external environment and internal
