UC知道电脑启动时出现如下问题,进入不了安全模式,用光盘启动不了,请高手指点:

补充一下,每次开机,都会进入按F8才出现的选择界面,选择后就出现上面的英文, 我也想重装,将BIOS更改,光驱启动,也一样会出现选择界面,选择后照样出现上面的英文.

1.使用这个命令chkdsk /r
2.检查Ntfs.sys的大小是否为 516480k,如不是请杀毒
3.访问http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/升级windows打补丁
将BIOS更改，从光驱启动，重新装系统。你上面写的是系统出现的一个错误，重新装就好 了
硬件出现问题了!先把网卡显卡,内存之类的全部拔出来,用酒精清洗一下金手指再插入去看看,如果问题还没有解决就利用替换法,将各硬件逐一更换,更换一个开一次机,换到哪个事就是哪的硬件的问题了!
