我认为:这里用raise不太好,因为当raise当"增长",做谓语时,是及物动词,后面应该有宾语,而且主语一般是人,用不及物动词rise或者increase比较合适.
销售量应该翻译成"sale volume"(http://dict.baidu.com),sales 是"销售额"
所以应译成:
The sale volume of these televisions is rising(increasing) every year.

These television sales every year

The sales of these televisions raise every year.
一楼的翻译意思是这些电视每年都卖．

二楼的翻译我同意!

The sales volume of these television sets is on the rise every year.

电视机还是电视节目？

The sales volumn of these television sets/programmes rises year by year.
